Joan van den Brink loves building warm, close relationships with individuals from all walks of life. She enjoys hearing their stories and learning how she can support them to grow and thrive. She achieves this through developing bespoke solutions for leaders and their teams, executive coaching, writing, and speaking. She has a special interest in amplifying the experiences of neurodivergent people so that they are better seen, heard, and understood, particularly but not exclusively, by neurotypical individuals as the first step in generating more inclusive environments.

Joan is the author of two books, ‘Wired Differently, Understood Together’ and ‘The Three Companions Courage, Compassion and Wisdom’.

You can connect with her on LinkedIn and discover more about her and her work via her website.

This Live Well in Turbulent Times Podcast series accompanies Martin Farrell’s best seller and idiosyncratic novel business book ‘Good Leaders in Turbulent Times: How to Navigate Wild Waters at Work.
